How does pickup work?

You request a pickup window that fits your schedule. We arrive at your home, pack items safely, and transport them to our processing workflow. You don’t need to pre-sort perfectly—we’ll triage what’s worth listing.

What if something doesn’t sell?

Not everything sells on day one. We optimize listings, adjust pricing over time, and leverage multi-channel exposure. If something truly isn’t moving, we’ll align on next steps per your consignor agreement (donation, return batch, etc.).

How is the 37% fee calculated?

Our 37% consignment fee is taken net of marketplace/platform fees. Exact definitions for shipping, credits, and chargebacks are spelled out in the consignor agreement so there’s no ambiguity at payout time.

What items are a good fit?

Apparel, accessories, home goods, collectibles, vintage, and many consumer categories that move on marketplaces. We do not accept furniture of any kind (sofas, chairs, tables, dressers, bed frames, mattresses, etc.)—it falls outside our shipping and storage model. If you’re unsure about anything else, include notes in your pickup request and we’ll confirm what we can take before we arrive.

Do you take furniture?

No. We do not pick up or list furniture of any size—this includes sofas, chairs, tables, dressers, bed frames, mattresses, and similar large pieces. For furniture, a local estate, donation, or removal service is a better fit.

What we accept, and what we don’t

We specialize in inventory that sells when it is priced, photographed, and listed well. If you are on the fence, add notes to your pickup request and we will triage before we invest time in intake.

We usually take

Apparel & shoes in clean, resale-ready condition (adults and kids)
Handbags, accessories, and jewelry when authenticity and condition are clear
Home goods & decor that can ship without excessive breakage risk
Vintage, collectibles, and niche hobby inventory with identifiable demand

We generally decline

Furniture of any size — we do not pick up or list furniture
Counterfeit, recalled, illegal, or marketplace-prohibited goods
Hazardous materials, weapons, regulated items, and adult-only inventory
Heavily damaged, stained, or strong-odor items unlikely to satisfy buyers

A pickup request does not guarantee we will list every item. Final intake decisions follow our Terms.
