What we consign
We focus on items that move well online when priced, photographed, and listed professionally. You stay in Richmond—we handle multi-channel listing (eBay, Etsy, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, Poshmark, Whatnot), buyer messages, shipping workflows, and the busywork in between.
Usually a strong fit
- Apparel & shoes in clean, resale-ready condition (adults and kids).
- Handbags, accessories, belts, hats, and jewelry where authenticity and condition are clear.
- Home goods & decor that ship without excessive breakage risk.
- Vintage, collectibles, and niche hobby inventory with identifiable demand.
Often case-by-case
Some categories depend on seasonality, platform rules, and how much prep an item needs (heavy glass, high-touch electronics, large mirrors, and similar). If you are unsure, add notes to your pickup request—we will tell you what we can take before we invest time in intake.
We do not accept furniture
Furniture is outside our shipping and storage model, so we do not pick up or list it—this includes sofas, chairs, tables, dressers, bed frames, mattresses, and similar large pieces, regardless of brand or condition. If you are downsizing furniture, we recommend a local estate, donation, or removal service instead.
What we generally decline
Beyond furniture, we cannot accept items that are unsafe, illegal to sell, counterfeit, or prohibited by major marketplaces. We may decline inventory that is unlikely to sell after fees, or that does not match our operational capacity. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance—that is spelled out in our Terms.
