City of Richmond & close-in neighborhoods

We regularly serve consignors throughout the city, including neighborhoods like The Fan, Museum District, Church Hill, Scott’s Addition, Northside, Southside, and Forest Hill. Density and parking vary by block; when you request a pickup, note gate codes, narrow streets, or stairs so we can plan safe access.

Henrico, Chesterfield, and the wider metro

Many consignors live just outside the city line. We also pick up in parts of Henrico County and Chesterfield County (for example corridors toward Short Pump, Midlothian, and Brandermill when scheduling allows). Exact coverage depends on drive time, batching with other pickups, and item fit—so always include your address in the request.

How we decide “in range”

We optimize for reliable pickups and respectful time windows. If we cannot accept a pickup due to distance or capacity, we will tell you quickly so you are not left waiting. Our standard language on the homepage FAQ still applies: Richmond, VA and nearby communities—when in doubt, ask.
